Requests and offers

Finding requests

New requests (「新着リクエスト」, Requests tab) lists the requests you can see. Each card shows:

the lesson length (「レッスン時間」),
the earliest start (「最も早い開始」),
the location and how far away it is (「{{dist}}km以内」), when you have set your location,
and whether you have already sent an offer.

If nothing matches your profile, the list says 「条件に合うリクエストはありません。」

There is no push alert for new requests. The app says so: 「プッシュ通知は来ません。場所を設定していれば、近くのリクエストは通知一覧に入ります。」 Check the Requests tab, and your notifications, from time to time.

Making an offer

Tap Make an offer (「オファーを出す」):

Pick the start time or times you can teach. Each one must fall inside the member's requested window (「オファーの時間は、リクエストの希望時間帯の中にしてください。」). You must pick at least one.
Send with 「オファーを送る」.

Read this before you pick more than one time: the member can only accept the first time you picked, and the booking takes that first time. The member's offer card shows only the first time, and the member has no way to choose another. If you offer several times, the first one is the one that gets booked when the member accepts. Offer only a time you can keep, and make a new offer if the first time stops working.

An offer:

lasts 24 hours, or until the lesson's start time if that comes first. After that it can no longer be accepted. Expired offers stay in your list.
can be edited (「オファーを変更する」) or withdrawn (「オファーを取り下げる」) while it is waiting. The app asks you to confirm a withdrawal.
is one per request. If you already sent one, the request says 「このリクエストには、すでにオファーを送っています。」
stays in 「返事待ちのオファー」 until the member replies. Its status is one of 「返事待ち」 (awaiting reply), 「承認済み」 (accepted), 「見送り」 (not chosen), 「取り下げ済み」 (withdrawn) or 「期限切れ」 (expired).

When a member accepts

When a member accepts your offer, the lesson is booked and appears on your Calendar. The member's card is saved at that point and is charged after the lesson (see Getting paid for a lesson). There is no separate confirmation step for you.
