4. Asking Tennipro what you can do (by invitation)
This feature, where you can ask what you can do in Tennipro, is open only to people our team has invited. It collects:
- The questions you enter, and the answers
- Your name or contact details, if you choose to enter them
- The label our team gave your invitation, and the email address they registered for it (if any)
- What you send as a feature request
5. Purpose, who sees it, and how long we keep it
We use it to answer your questions and to understand what people need from Tennipro.
The Tennipro team reads what is collected. Our team reads these questions. A request is not a promise to build it.
Questions and answers are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Please do not enter personal information. If you would like something deleted sooner, contact info@tennipro.com.
To generate answers, the text of your question is sent to OpenAI, Inc.’s API. Your name, contact details and account data are not sent.
6. Storage and security
User data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest on AWS RDS. When you delete your account, we remove information that identifies you — your name, contact details, profile and messages — without undue delay (backups are deleted on their normal cycle). Records of past lessons, payments and earnings are kept for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations, and are no longer linked to you. See the “Delete your account” page for how to delete.
Our servers are in Japan (AWS Tokyo region). Some of the third parties above (Stripe, OpenAI, Resend, Sentry, Google, Expo and others) may process information outside Japan.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Send requests to info@tennipro.com. Users in Japan have rights under the APPI; EEA/UK users have rights under the GDPR.
8. Minors
Users under 18 must use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Changes
We will notify users of material changes to this policy via in-app notification or email.
10. Contact
